Targeted Content Marketing: How to Reach Readers that Convert

Step #2: Set Your Budget

Once you’ve figured out your audience, it’s time to set your budget. We’re going to skip this part here because we want to focus on content targeting options, but check out the video above for a detailed explanation starting at minute 5:15.

Step #3: Schedule Your Campaign

Here’s another reason why you need to understand your target audience – you need to know when they’re online and open to hearing about what you have to offer.

If you’re a parenthood coach and you’re targeting parents of little kids, they might go online in the evening after the kids go to sleep. These are primetime hours, when there’ll probably be a lot of competition for this audience. So you want to bid more for each click to give yourself a competitive advantage, and increase the chances of your ad being served.

But parents of little kids often get up multiple times a night. If you want to serve ads at nights for these parents whose kids just won’t fall back to sleep, you can do that at a lower click price, since many businesses only serve ads during the day.

It might be extra powerful if your night ads solve a challenge parents experience at night, like giving them tips to help super awake kids fall asleep in 10 minutes or less.

Step #4: Optimize Your Campaign

The Titan platform takes targeted content marketing to another level. Sure, you can choose “maximum distribution”, but if you have a bigger budget, you can also choose to advertise solely on premium brands for exclusivity – and then choose as many premiums brands as you’d like from the list.

An ad on Forbes.com or ETonline.com could help you be perceived as an authority by the mere association.

Targeted Content Marketing traffic optimization

In addition, you can set up a whitelist, which means you’ll only receive traffic from websites you choose. It could significantly reduce the amount of traffic you receive, but if you do your research, it’ll probably improve the quality of traffic.

Similarly, you can set up a blacklist of sites whose traffic you’re not interested in getting. Whether you already had bad experience with this traffic or you simply don’t want to be associated with these sites, the Titans platform has you covered.

  1. Ha#&ah8230;Kevin I did the same thing to ” your date” last year in another haunted factory here in Birmingham. However it was his belt loops on a new pair of jeans that I ripped off all the while screaming like a four year old little girl. .
