If an advertiser account is suspended, it may be for one of the following reasons:
- The account has overspent its available budget. (Please refer to the Native Ads accepted payment methods.)
- Fraudulent payment methods were used and flagged by the Native Ads internal review team.
- Non-compliant ads or landers were flagged as per Native Ads’ ad approval guidelines.
Please contact the Native Ads support team if you would like clarification on the suspension. However, if the advertiser finds the reason to be invalid and would like to dispute it, the Native Ads team will work the advertiser to ensure that any outstanding issues are cleared and properly resolved.
