Why is my campaign receiving no traffic?

As frustrating as it is, an active campaign may be receiving no traffic for a number of reasons. Please follow these four steps in order to get your campaign generating traffic in no time!

  1. First ensure that the account has funds added, as a campaign will not be able to run without a balance in the account.
  2. Once the campaign is sufficiently funded, check that the campaign’s spending cap has not been reached within the spending period selected.
  3. Check the campaign’s running dates. The start date needs to be in the past, and the end date needs to be in the future for an active campaign to work. For example, if the current date is February 3rd, 2016, the running dates could be December 29th, 2015 to May 22nd, 2016.
  4. Finally, please check that the balance is equal to or greater than the aggregate spend cap for all active campaigns. It is best practice to have a balance that is 2 times the total daily spend cap of all active campaigns to prevent a decrease in impression rate.

If all of these steps have been checked and completed, but the campaign still isn’t receiving traffic, please contact your account manager or the Native Ads support team.
