How do I change which platform is targeted (mobile vs desktop)?

When creating a Native Ads advertising campaign, the platform initially selected by the advertiser (mobile vs desktop) is permanently set. In order to change it, an advertiser would have to entirely recreate the campaign and then select the new platform they wish to use.
