Before opting to close an account with Native Ads, please contact a Native Ads account manager. The majority of the issues can be resolved after having the individual case reviewed as Native Ads takes pride in their customer service.
However should it be necessary, an advertiser may close their account as per the refund policy stated below.
For convenience, Native Ads will process refund requests in various ways – although this depends on the original form of payment.
- Please email your account manager or sales rep with the refund request.
- If the advertiser paid through PayPal, please use the email address linked to the PayPal account which the refund will be transacted to.
- If the advertiser paid by credit card, the refund may take 5-10 business days to appear on the statement, although the receipt may be sent almost instantaneously.
